WorkGirls is an AI conversation experience centered on women’s career growth, workplace development, and professional choices. Within the App, you may interact with themed conversational characters representing different career paths and perspectives—such as mentors, human resources specialists, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and early-career professionals—to discuss workplace experiences, communication, team dynamics, career planning, and related topics.
Please read this document carefully. By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, do not use the App.
This section is provided to support transparency reviews for app store distribution and privacy compliance assessments. It summarizes material facts about how WorkGirls operates on Android and how personal data flows through the service.
The App is free to download and use. It does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or Google Play Billing transactions.

Analytics / Crash reporting: Analytics and stability partners may receive event data, device performance metrics, and crash logs to help us understand feature usage, diagnose failures, and improve responsiveness. We configure these tools for operational insight rather than unauthorized resale of personal data.
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or our organization; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer subject to appropriate continuity protections.

WorkGirls is intended for users aged 18 and above. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
The App does not provide robust in-app age verification beyond an initial user confirmation attesting that the user meets the age requirement. If you are under 18, do not use the App.

WorkGirls requests certain Android permissions to enable optional features. You may grant or deny permissions through Android system settings. Denying a permission may limit related functionality but will not require you to create any account.
Purpose: Capture photos or video within the App when you choose to use media-related features during conversations or content sharing flows.
Background usage: The camera is not used in the background.
Withdrawal: You may revoke camera access at any time through Android Settings → Apps → WorkGirls → Permissions. After revocation, in-app camera capture will be unavailable until permission is granted again.
Purpose: Record audio when you initiate voice input or other microphone-enabled interactions you explicitly trigger.
Background usage: The microphone is not used in the background.
Withdrawal: Revoke microphone permission through Android system settings. Voice features will not function without this permission.
Purpose: Allow you to select existing images or videos from device storage for use within App features, consistent with Android photos and media access models.
Background usage: Photos and media access is not used in the background.
Withdrawal: Remove photos and media permission through Android settings. You may still use text-based conversation features where available.
Purpose: Read or write media files you choose to import or export, subject to Android scoped storage rules on supported OS versions. This supports saving or retrieving content you actively select.
Background usage: External storage access is not used in the background for unrelated file scanning.
Withdrawal: Revoke storage permission through Android settings. Features that depend on local file access may be limited.

We do not collect payment card data, purchase history, or subscription identifiers because the App has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
WorkGirls is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who agree to this Privacy Policy and applicable terms governing use of the App.
Access mode: You may install and use the App from Google Play without registering for, logging into, or maintaining an account with us. There is no password, credential, or account profile managed in-app for authentication purposes. Your use of the App is local to your device session and the processing activities described in this Policy.
If you no longer meet the age requirement or do not agree with our practices, discontinue use of the App and contact us regarding deletion of information you submitted through the App or support channels.

Conversational and user-generated content: Retained for the period needed to provide the interactive experience, troubleshoot issues you report, and maintain service continuity. Content tied to active sessions may be deleted or anonymized according to operational schedules and storage constraints.
Device, usage, and diagnostic data: Retained for analytics, security monitoring, and crash analysis cycles, typically for limited rolling periods unless needed to investigate security incidents or legal obligations.
Support correspondence: Retained as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping and dispute resolution.
Legal and compliance records: Retained where required to demonstrate compliance, respond to lawful requests, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
When retention periods expire, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate data in accordance with our internal procedures. You may request earlier deletion as described under Your Rights and the deletion procedures below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App functionality. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through reasonable means, which may include posting an updated Policy with a revised effective date within the App or distribution listing materials.

We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification. After deletion, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period or where retention is required by law.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards. AI responses are informational and conversational in nature.
The App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because it is a native Android application, not a web browser. You may limit certain analytics through device and permission controls as described above.
